Wind Energy & Solar Energy Instructors - CORE

2. Job Summary:

  1. A proven individual with experience in delivering technical training or hands-on operations in Wind and/or Solar Energy domains.
  2. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging instructional sessions, both theoretical and practical.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor trainees and engage with internal teams.
  4. In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technologies (e.g., Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision) and solar energy systems, including modules and inverters (string or central types).

3. Responsibilities

  1. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Wind and/or Solar Energy systems, tailored to different learner levels.
  2. Develop, update, and enhance curriculum and course materials aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  3. Deliver structured curriculum covering wind turbine OEMs like Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision, and solar energy systems solar systems (modules, inverters, design, and installation).
  4. Provide real-world demonstrations and supervise lab-based training.
  5. Mentor trainees through their learning journey, offering individual guidance and career advice.
  6. Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions to broaden student exposure.
  7. Assess students’ performance and deliver constructive feedback.
  8. Stay abreast of industry developments in wind, solar, and other renewable technologies.
  9. Work collaboratively with fellow instructors and support staff to continuously improve course content and delivery.


4. Qualifications

  1. Technical Graduate /or Diploma in a relevant discipline with 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
  2. Practical working knowledge of Suzlon, GE, SGRE, Inox, Envision wind turbines, and/or solar power systems.
  3. Familiarity with broader renewable energy systems is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Good organizational skills and time management.
  6. Passion for education and skill-building in renewable energy.


5. Working Conditions

  1. Location: Pune
  2. May occasionally require travel to training sites or renewable energy plants for field sessions.
