As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled QA Lead who can lead testing initiatives, manage a QA team, and drive both manual and automation testing for high-impact projects.
• Lead the QA team and oversee all testing activities across manual and automation streams.
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Lead API testing efforts using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Review test cases, automate high-priority scenarios, and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics for leadership.
• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in QA (both manual and automation).
• Strong experience in Cypress and Playwright (must have).
• Good knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent frameworks.
• Expertise in manual testing, test planning, and test case design.
• Strong understanding of API testing and automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
