Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a skilled and experienced SQA Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile/web applications. To achieve this, you will be involved in various key activities: - Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing processes. - Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and development team to identify project requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria. - Conducting thorough testing of IOS/Android applications and web applications to identify defects, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. - Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on software defects, test execution results, and project progress to stakeholders. - Managing and prioritizing bug reports and feature requests, working closely with developers for timely issue resolution. - Driving root cause analysis and risk mitigation for critical defects, escalating as necessary to senior management. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software quality assurance and testing methodologies. - Fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training as needed. Qualifications required for this role include: - Around 7+ years of experience in developing test plans and executing test cases for applications. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios. - Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. - Focus on user-oriented testing and end-user satisfaction. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with performance testing using any tool. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.,
