Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As the SQA Lead at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality assurance efforts are successfully implemented across multiple projects or product lines. You will be responsible for ensuring that software applications meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing a team of QA analysts in planning, executing, and reporting QA activities - Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements - Strong knowledge in Test cases Design and Review, actively involving in manual and automated tests - Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and ensuring timely resolution - Ensuring QA deliverables comply with regulatory standards - Coordinating test environment setup, data preparation, and test execution activities - Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Release Manager - Leading defect triage meetings and ensuring timely resolution of critical issues - Mentoring junior and senior QA team members - Contributing to process improvements by identifying gaps in QA lifecycle - Supporting UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders - Ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory inspections - Completing any other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field - 5+ years of testing experience in Web and/or Mobile applications, with at least 1-2 years in a lead role - Experience in leading QA teams and coordinating distributed teams - Hands-on expertise with test management and defect management tools - Hands-on experience in automation frameworks - Excellent Communication, documentation, and Analytical skills - Demonstrates a basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and core software testing principles and concepts - Proactive in driving continuous improvement within QA processes - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities - Strong background in risk-based testing and test metrics reporting - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Desired Skills: - Understanding of regulatory standards if working in clinical/life sciences domain - Certifications like ISTQB or other Test Management credentials are preferred - Exposure to AI tools to create and update test cases - Prior involvement in regulatory audits or inspection readiness activities For more information about our solutions, please visit: [Company Website](https://www.trialinteractive.com/),
