Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer – Salesforce CPQ to join our team and take ownership of driving Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, and optimization efforts. This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions in Salesforce Revenue Cloud for our clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce CPQ solutions Develop and implement Salesforce CPQ functionalities aligned with business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Sales processes Maintain and optimize the Salesforce CPQ Data Model to ensure scalability and performance Integrate Salesforce CPQ with tools like DocuSign and Conga Composer for seamless workflows Guide the team through the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other engineers within the team Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ configurations and customizations Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards Manage project timelines and deliverables while working independently and remotely Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment across all projects Requirements 7-11 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and Revenue Cloud Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ Data Model and specific functionalities Expertise in configuration, design, and customization of Salesforce CPQ Proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Sales Proficiency in tools like DocuSign, Conga Composer Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle Excellent English communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Nice to have Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification Salesforce Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Background in projects related to specific industry domains Show more Show less
