Lead Salesforce Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, coding, and integration. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce configuration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of custom Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, BAs, and QA. Guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing code and ensuring development standards. Work on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. Design and implement solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, LWCs, Aura Components, Flows, and Process Builders . Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom adapters. Manage the deployment process using tools such as Change Sets, SFDX, Gearset, Copado , etc. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of existing Salesforce applications. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Requirements: Technical Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Platform Events. Proficiency in data modeling, security model, and object relationships in Salesforce. Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or CI/CD tools. Leadership & Communication: Strong experience leading a development team or acting as a technical lead. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Boards. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification (highly preferred) Experience in any other cloud (if applicable) Experience in managed package development (if applicable) Show more Show less
