Lead Salesforce Developer

As a lead Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for engaging in full lifecycle engineering efforts utilizing Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and established design patterns and practices. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to identify business, functional, and technical requirements, as well as take part in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Your responsibilities will also include configuring and customizing the Salesforce.com platform, participating in testing, training, and documentation efforts, and contributing to the sales cycle when necessary. You will be expected to produce tangible deliverables, such as requirement specifications, design deliverables, status reports, and project plans. Additionally, you will be actively involved in operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes for the Salesforce.com platform, while also engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for application design, support, and practice development. As a lead Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot for bug fixes and enhancements, and offer guidance to less experienced developers. You will mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team, assign tasks effectively, set up development environments, and communicate development progress to senior management.
