DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the infrastructure that powers the platform, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate processes, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth deployment across various environments. Your primary goal will be to manage and optimize the infrastructure ensuring high availability and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The use of Cloud platforms such as Digital Ocean and Infrastructure as Code Tools like Ansible will be instrumental in achieving this objective. Your primary skills should include proficiency in Linux (preferably RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux), nginx, Ansible, VMWare or Proxmox, security practices (firewalls, WAF, best practices), Cloudflare (or any CDN), and being well-organized with tasks such as calendar management, email communication, and issue follow-ups. You will be expected to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using cloud platforms like Digital Ocean, automate infrastructure provisioning, and manage configuration management using tools like Ansible. A strong commitment to fostering a DevOps culture, emphasizing automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement is essential. Collaboration with development, product, and QA teams to enhance system performance, deployment processes, and incident response times is key. Implementing security best practices across infrastructure, including patch management, vulnerability scanning, and access control, will be part of your responsibilities. You should also be able to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime and disruption to services.
