Purpose/Objective


    Lead - Sales Industry is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategic planning. This role involves leading the enterprise sales team, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market expansion

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Sales Management: Lead the enterprise sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges. Sales Proposals & Negotiations: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to guide sales strategies and positioning. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company. Team Developmen t: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success. Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Internal Stakeholders: Department Heads Internal teams, Direct Reportees External Stakeholders: Customers, Business Partners, Consultants

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: Graduate In any stream & MBA or MBA only Work Experience: 15 to 17+ years of experience in sales operations and client relationship management within the Data Centres industry or in similar industry Certification: Certification in Power BI Tools/Data Analytics
