Job Description

As the Sales Lead for Flytxt's BFSI Business, you will have the overall responsibility of managing the financial services sector, specifically retail banking and fintech enterprises in India, Middle East, and South Asia. Your role involves strategizing and executing a comprehensive sales plan for retail banks and fintech providers in the specified regions. You will need to adapt and effectively communicate the value of Flytxt's solutions to potential clients and provide market feedback for solution innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and plan for Flytxt solutions in retail financial services - Sell Flytxt's AI for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Management solutions globally, initially focusing on India, Middle East, and South Asia - Drive all sales cycle activities from identification to closure and contracting with support from the Business Head and Global Sales Head - Build and nurture relationships with C-Level executives of customers and develop a value selling pitch specific to the BFSI market - Create opportunity-specific partner/channel relationships if necessary - Report to the Business Head BFSI and be an integral part of the core BFSI Sales Team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in selling technology solutions to retail financial services in India, with exposure to Middle East and South Asia - Substantial experience in selling enterprise solutions related to CRM, CEM, Data Management, and Customer Analytics - Strong network with CXOs of major banks and fintech companies in the region - Knowledge of industry trends like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Transformation - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey Flytxt's value proposition effectively - Team player with multicultural exposure and willingness to travel or relocate as needed Please note: This job opportunity is based in Mumbai, India.,
