Account Management

As an Account Manager at Flytxt, your role involves ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Flytxt solutions to customers as agreed upon. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement to drive additional revenues from the customer. Developing a relationship of trust with key stakeholders at the customer's end is crucial, and you must maintain this healthy relationship between the customer and Flytxt at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business with existing clients and negotiate agreements to maximize profits - Ensure timely invoicing and collection as per contracted terms - Monitor key account metrics, forecast trends, and communicate progress to stakeholders - Keep the customer informed about Flytxt's roadmap and new capabilities - Transform clients into promoters by demonstrating value and obtaining new customer references - Manage cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative teamwork - Optimize resource costs by selecting and allocating resources judiciously - Report to the Account Head/Sales Head Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of relevant experience - MBA from a recognized B-School - Track record of successful account management across multiple domains and geographies - Ability to make impactful customer-centric solution presentations - Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with key stakeholders - Proficiency in understanding commercials, contracts, and negotiating sustainable terms - Experience in managing multicultural teams and fostering collaborative teamwork - Good understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM), AI developments, and emerging technologies Additionally, you should have fluency in English, excellent communication and presentation skills, good networking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis for better solutions. You should also be willing to travel or relocate as per organizational needs. Location: You will be based in Mumbai, India.
