Lead UI Developer

As a Lead UI Developer at the company, your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements - Collaborating with team members and stakeholders - Turning mock-ups and designs into pages complete with CSS, HTML, JavaScript - Writing modular, secure, and well-tested front-end code with the latest Front End technologies - Cooperating with the back-end developer in building the RESTful API - Translating complex business and functional requirements into technical designs - Leading the team, taking initiatives, recommending improvements, mentoring, training, and guiding junior team members - Performing peer code reviews - Following and improving coding standards and defining best practices The qualifications and experience required for this role are: - B.Tech/B.E/ MSc/MCA degree - Minimum 6 years of experience - Extensive experience with UI development including JavaScript(ES5 & ES6)/ Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, OOJS, Web APIs - Proficiency in Polymer/Web-Components preferred or experience in one of the Open-source UI frameworks (like Angular, ReactJs, VueJS, or BackboneJs) - Extensive experience with NodeJs, optional Browserify, Express or Meteor, and Build tools like npm/yarn, Bower, Gulp/ GruntJs / Webpack - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / BitBucket / SVN - Good understanding of predictable state containers like Redux Or RxJs - Good understanding of React Material UI/ Angular Material UI - Good understanding of BlocklyJs, JSplumb, and other Web-Component APIs - Deep knowledge of browsers, browser quirks, rendering lifecycle - Creative and innovative problem-solving skills - Focus on reusability & modularity of UI components - Awareness of single-page application and multi-page application workings - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience in performance tuning, re-design, and re-factoring for a module - Strong knowledge of the software development process and test-driven development - Strong experience in web standards Please note: If you need more information, please contact: recruitment@flytxt.com,
