As a Lead UI Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, working with team members to turn mock-ups and designs into functional pages using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. You will write secure, modular, and well-tested front-end code utilizing the latest technologies. Additionally, you will coordinate with back-end developers in building RESTful APIs and translate complex business requirements into technical designs. In this role, you will lead a team, provide guidance, recommend improvements, and mentor junior team members. You will conduct peer code reviews, follow coding standards, and define best practices to ensure high-quality code delivery. Your responsibilities will also include extensive UI development experience, proficiency in JavaScript (ES5 & ES6), HTML5, CSS3, OOJS, and Web APIs. To be successful in this position, you must have experience with UI frameworks like Angular, ReactJs, or VueJS, as well as NodeJs and build tools such as npm, yarn, Gulp, or Webpack. Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git or BitBucket, and an understanding of Redux or RxJs for state management are essential. Furthermore, you should have knowledge of React Material UI, Angular Material UI, BlocklyJs, JSplumb, and other Web-Component APIs. Deep understanding of browsers, rendering lifecycle, and experience with RESTful APIs are required. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, performance tuning, and test-driven development is essential for this role. Your problem-solving skills, reusability, modularity of UI components, and awareness of single-page and multi-page application architectures will be crucial. Strong expertise in web standards and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development processes are highly valued for this position.,
