One of the key areas you will be involved in is the Documentation Portal, which serves as a public-facing knowledge hub hosting essential product guides, installation manuals, API references, release notes, and tutorials across the UiPath platform. This portal is currently undergoing a full overhaul to modernize our content management system and adopt a DocOps approach. Additionally, you will work on revamping content delivery to support sample runs and optimize the experience for a variety of coding paradigms and editors. Another aspect of your mission will involve the Customer Support Portal, aimed at providing UiPath enterprise customers with a seamless support experience through automatic case classification, knowledgebase content, and a blend of AI agents and human assistance.
