As a UI Development Team Lead, your role involves leading and mentoring a team of UI developers (web & mobile) to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time execution. You will own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability. Collaborating with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers is crucial to bring concepts to life with seamless front-end experiences. Setting coding standards, reviewing code for maintainability, performance, and security, and staying updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends to introduce relevant ones for improved development productivity and UX are key responsibilities. You will also drive cross-platform development strategies using technologies like ReactJS and React Native and troubleshoot UI-related issues to find effective solutions independently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of UI developers (web & mobile) ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution. - Own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability. - Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to bring concepts to life with seamless front-end experiences. - Set coding standards and review code to ensure maintainability, performance, and security. - Stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introduce the relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX. - Drive cross-platform development strategies using technologies like ReactJS and React Native. - Troubleshoot UI-related issues and find effective solutions independently. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in ReactJS, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and responsive design principles. - Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. - Ability to guide architectural decisions and refactor large-scale applications. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, etc. In this full-time role, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are provided. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 15/07/2025.
