Role Overview: As an Account Manager at Sify Technologies Limited, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the Enterprise segment. You will be required to cover a set of accounts, build relationships with decision-makers to identify opportunities for new products/services, and enhance existing infrastructure for additional revenue. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and increasing business from existing customers. It is essential for you to adhere to defined sales processes, maintain and grow the sales funnel as per organizational growth plans, champion the customers" cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solutions, timely delivery, and top-class support. In case of any customer issues, process anomalies, or pain points, you should escalate them in a timely manner to seniors. Reporting sales data, competition information, and market data as per requirements will also be part of your responsibilities.
