Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the experience team (25 members).
Design and execute programs, events, and initiatives to enhance member engagement.
Collect and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales for aligned strategies.
Manage budgets and monitor KPIs for success.
Act as a brand ambassador for Table Space.
Requirements:
10-12 years' experience in client/experience management.
Bachelor's in business/hospitality (Masters preferred).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven ability in planning, program management, and community building.
Location: Chennai, HyderabadReports To: Executive Director
