EXPERIENCE -8-10 YEARS

REQUIRED
* Proven experience as key account manager* Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs* Basic knowledge and understanding of Customer relationship management software, Microsoft office, and hands-on experience dealing with Excel
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Security Strategy and Planning:* Security Policy Development:* Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect facilities, assets, and personnel.* Ensure security policies align with organizational goals, legal requirements, and industry best practices.* Risk Assessment:* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance overall securityposture.* Strategic Planning:* Develop and execute strategic plans for security operations, including preventive measures anc response protocols.* Align security strategies with organizational objectives and operational needs.Security Operations Management:* Security Personnel Management:* Access Control:* Implement and manage access control systems to regulate and monitor entry to facilities* Ensure that access control policies are enforced and review access permissions regularly* Surveillance and Monitoring:* Oversee the installation and operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.* Monitor security feeds and respond to security incidents as needed.* Incident Response and Management:* Develop and implement procedures for responding to security incidents, including emergencies breaches, and suspicious activities.* Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.* Safety Protocols:* Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and visitors.* Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to prepare staff for emergencies.
Training and Development:
* Training:* Develop and deliver training programs for security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.* Ensure that security staff are well-trained and knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilities.* Ongoing Development:* Communication and Coordination:* Stakeholder Communication:* Communicate security policies, procedures, and updates to employees, management, and other stakeholders.* Address security concerns and provide guidance on security-related matters.* Interdepartmental Coordination:* Coordinate with other departments, such as facilities management, IT, and HR, to ensure integrated security measures and responses.* Collaborate with external partners, including law enforcement and security vendors, to enhance security operations.* Emergency Management:* Crisis Management:* Develop and implement crisis management plans for various types of emergencies, including natural disasters, security breaches, and accidents.* Develop and maintain business continuity plans and procedures
