Experience: 5-6 years Location: Bangalore Salary: 25-35 LPA Education: B.Tech/MBA from a Tier 1 institute Team Size: 8-10

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIED

4-6 years of work experience in a Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role
Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of business analysis Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to build collaboration, credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels Attention to detail, able to multi-task and advance activities across concurrent workstreams, with the ability to work towards goals in a fast-paced environment Ability to turn ambiguous information and unstructured problems into insights, plans and recommendations Professional maturity and experience to interact with senior stakeholders Resourceful self-starter; ability to work autonomously Ability to coach/mentor team members and effectively lead & manage any initiatives assigned Exposure in Finance is a plus

Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis Ability to handle crisis situations & work in a fast-paced environment Exposure to finance is a plus
