Job Overview:

Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks.
• Create and implement comprehensive

  test strategies

  effort estimations

• Mentor and manage a team of

  SDETs and QA Engineers

  .
• Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment of quality goals with business objectives.
• Explore and implement

  AI-driven testing solutions

  (e.g., AI for flaky tests, data generation, visual regression).
• Integrate continuous testing with

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Analyze quality metrics and drive timely improvements.
• Foster a culture of

  quality and continuous improvement

  .

Required Skills (Must Have):

• Automation Expertise

  : Selenium, Cypress or similar tools.

• Automation Framework Development

  : Hands-on experience in building & maintaining custom frameworks.

• Test Strategy & Planning

  : Strong grasp of planning, execution, and team alignment.

• Team Handling & Stakeholder Management

  : Experience in managing QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• AI in Testing

  : Experience with AI-based tools like GitHub Copilot for enhancing automation.

• Version Control & Tools

  : Basic working knowledge of GitHub, JIRA.

• DevOps Understanding

  : Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

• Exposure to or understanding of

  Construction Domain
