Lead Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Plan, design, and execution of comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Conduct all types of manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts and clients to ensure product quality.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clarify requirements, and report on test progress and issues.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools; ensure timely resolution through active follow-up.
• Contribute to and improve the overall SDLC process and Agile practices in the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and present detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Manual testing with a solid grasp of test processes and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other test/project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with international clients confidently.
• Proven experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to basic API testing, Postman, or database validation is a plus.
• Understanding of test automation concepts (even if not hands-on) is a bonus.
