Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage QA processes for both manual and automation testing
Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs
Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams for seamless quality delivery
Mentor and guide QA engineers in both manual and automation best practices
Ensure continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and overall product quality

What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong expertise in Manual & Automation testing

✅ Hands-on with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar automation tools

✅ Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript for test automation

✅ API testing (Postman/RestAssured) & CI/CD pipeline exposure

✅ Experience in functional, regression, performance & security testing

✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
