Lead Quality Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining test automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, and automation on Kafka-based Event-Driven Architectures (EDA). You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployments and reliable test reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing test automation scripts based on business scenarios - Ensuring scalability and efficiency of automation code - Integrating automation scripts into CI/CD and deployment pipelines - Collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure smooth automation integration across different environments - Generating, maintaining, and analyzing test automation reports - Communicating test results clearly to stakeholders - Escalating critical issues when necessary - Utilizing tools like Selenium for web UI automation and Postman for API validation - Creating reusable test scripts for functional and regression testing areas Qualification Required: - Experience with Selenium, Postman, and automation on Kafka-based Event-Driven Architectures (EDA) - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes - Proficiency in designing and executing test automation scripts - Excellent communication skills for clear stakeholder communication - Ability to collaborate effectively with development and DevOps teams Additional Details: Your role will also involve designing and executing test automation for Kafka-based Event-Driven Architectures, including validating message flows, event publishing/subscription, and consumer behavior.
