Role Summary:
The Lead – Programs & Events will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and evaluating programs and events that align with the organisation’s mission and objectives. This role demands strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills to ensure impactful program delivery and seamless event execution.
Conceptualise, design, and lead strategic programs aligned with organisational goals.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Plan, organise, and execute large-scale conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and outreach events.
Manage event logistics including budgeting, vendor management, scheduling, and on-ground execution.
Oversee creative development of event collaterals, branding, and communications.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, collaborators, and key stakeholders.
Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
Lead, mentor, and guide the events and programs team to achieve desired outcomes.
Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of programs and events.
Proven expertise in program planning, stakeholder engagement, and event execution.
Strong leadership, project management, and organisational skills.
3 to 5 years of experience in managing programs and large-scale events.
Experience of working in an incubation centre is preferred.
