Production Planning and Scheduling –

Resource Allocation

Inventory Management

Production Monitoring and Control

Cost Management

Communication and Collaboration

SAP-Implementation and Configuration

Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP modules based on business requirements.

Configure SAP systems to ensure they meet organizational needs

Lead SAP projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Develop project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.

Stakeholder Management and System Integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements

Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage integration activities between SAP and other systems like MES, Trace & Tableau

Ensure data integrity and reliability throughout the integration process.

User Training and Support

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users

Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP applications.

Change-Management

Establish and implement change management processes to handle system upgrades and modifications

Ensure that business users understand and adapt to changes in SAP processes

Monitoring and Performance Optimization

Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations for better efficiency

Regularly review SAP processes to enhance performance and align them with business objectives

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (Any specialization)

Desired Experience Level

• 10 -16 years of relevant experience.
