What you’ll own

• Acquisition: plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn); drive CAC down, quality up.

• Demand & Lead gen: audience research, hooks, landing pages, lead magnets, A/B tests.

• MarTech: pixels/tags, events, conversion APIs, CRM journeys, dashboards.

• Organic Growth: SEO basics, LinkedIn/Twitter distribution, UGC/creator pilots.Web &

• Tracking: collaborate on website upkeep, set up events, fix tracking breaks.

• Insight Engine: build weekly growth reports; translate data into actions leadership can take.

Must-haves

• 3–6 yrs in B2C/D2C performance marketing with clear wins.

• Hands-on with Meta, Google, LinkedIn (end-to-end setup to scale).

• Strong data chops: GA4, Looker Data Studio, Sheets/Excel; Cohort, LTV/CAC math.

• MarTech literacy: GTM, pixels, conversion API, UTMs, basic CRM automation.

• Clear written comms; crisp reporting.

• Bonus points (your “brownie” list)

• Exposure to programmatic, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Affiliates, Creator ads.

• Basic HTML/CSS, API/webhook understanding, Zapier/Make.

• SEO or ASO experience; App campaigns (UAC).

• Experience in pre-launch / waitlist funnels and community-led growth.

• Portfolio of experiments with lift numbers.
