Now, we’re looking for a Performance Marketer ready to scale our brand and drive measurable growth. Role Overview As our Performance Marketer, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across digital channels. You’ll work closely with the founding team, creatives, and content strategists to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels. Own full-funnel performance marketing strategies — from acquisition to retention. Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, and LTV. Develop creative briefs in collaboration with design and content teams for high-converting ad creatives. Continuously A/B test landing pages, copy, creatives, and audience segments. Leverage data analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) to identify growth opportunities. Drive organic and paid traffic to our website, app (if applicable), or styling services. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms (Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Threads, etc.) relevant to fashion and styling audiences. Collaborate with email/SMS marketing for full lifecycle marketing synergy. Our Ideal Candidate 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C startups. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset — you know your way around a spreadsheet and dashboards. Experience managing budgets and optimizing toward strict performance KPIs. A keen eye for visual storytelling, fashion trends, and what resonates with a style-conscious audience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative startup environment. Bonus: Knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or UGC strategies.
