Job Details:

People Business Partnering for all units of Watches Mfg plants (Integrated Supply Chain & Manufacturing (ISCM).


Expected Process Contributions:

Talent Acquisition

  • Execute the manpower plan through structured talent acquisition through the PBPs
  • Conceptualize and drive the GET / DET programs across Watches ISCM


Performance Management and Talent Management:

  • Performance Management through goal setting, periodic feedback mechanism and calibrations
  • Design Goal Labs across departments/functions
  • Establish process to manage low performers
  • Talent Reviews aiming to facilitate organizational talent mobility
  • Leadership Succession Planning for critical positions at multiple levels
  • Manage talent cadres from GET / DET as per established processes


Talent Refresh 2.0:

  • Map all roles at ISCM to talent sources and establish pipeline of talent through workforce planning and development
  • Talent Journeys – Lateral and Specialists
  • Specialist Career Path
  • Succession Planning at managerial/HoD levels


Organization Design:

  • Actively look at organization design based on synergy, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Align incumbents from perspective of people development and execution focus


People Business Partnering & Process improvement:

  • Document People processes at Watches ISCM
  • Annual Review of People Processes for improving TAT
  • Drive the PBP agenda for Watches ISCM


Employee Connect & Engagement:

  • GPTW Awareness workshops, Scorecard Workshops for Action Planning
  • Managerial Capability Development
  • Employee Connect initiatives across Watches ISCM


People management:

  • Achievement of CREST Objectives (Manager’s Promise) for the team
  • Focus on learning plan for the team in line with business objectives
  • Monthly one-on-one connect with the team
  • Career conversations & timely performance feedback

Work Experience

Education: Masters/Post-Graduation in Business Administration / Social Work

Relevant Experience: 14 – 17 years (depending on qualification) of relevant experience with minimum 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing plant
