Lead Organizational Psychologist – Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding & Organization Sign-Up
  2. Lead the end-to-end onboarding of organizations, including needs assessment, scope finalization, and alignment of psychological interventions with business goals.
  3. Organizational Diagnosis & Assessment
  4. Conduct organizational assessments (culture, climate, leadership, engagement, and performance) using validated psychological tools and frameworks.
  5. Team Building Strategy & Design
  6. Design evidence-based team-building interventions to improve collaboration, trust, communication, and conflict resolution.
  7. Workshop Design & Development
  8. Conceptualize, develop, and customize workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, change management, and workplace well-being.
  9. Workshop Facilitation & Delivery
  10. Lead high-impact, interactive workshops (in-person and virtual) for leadership teams, managers, and employees.
  11. Leadership Coaching & Development
  12. Provide one-on-one and group coaching for leaders to enhance decision-making, people management, and organizational effectiveness.
  13. Team & Internal Capability Building
  14. Build, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists, trainers, and facilitators to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
  15. Stakeholder Management
  16. Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and HR stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and successful program outcomes.
  17. Impact Measurement & Reporting
  18. Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  19. Thought Leadership & Practice Development
  20. Contribute to practice growth through research, content creation, innovation in intervention models, and representation in professional forums.
