Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
• Front-End Development: Create responsive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, Redux, Next.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material-UI.
• Back-End Development: Build RESTful API or SwaggerAPI and microservices with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB (NoSQL).
• Integration & Deployment: Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or Firebase.
• Performance Optimization: Improve application speed and scalability using best coding practices.
• Security & Authentication: Implement JWT, OAuth, and other authentication methods.
• Code Review & Debugging: Troubleshoot issues, debug, and improve application performance.
• Version Control: Work with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
• Agile Development: Collaborate with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 8+ years of experience in MERN Stack Development.

✔ Have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.

✔ Strong expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Hooks and Redux for front-end development.

✔ Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for back-end development.

✔ Experience with REST API or Swagger API, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

✔ Strong knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS, Firebase, Azure) is a plus.

✔ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

✔ Proficiency in unit testing with Jest or Karma is required.

✔ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
