Lead MERN Stack Developer

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with excellent English communication abilities and a solid technical foundation. This role requires the candidate to manage client interactions independently, set realistic timelines, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Construct and sustain comprehensive web applications employing MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js or similar JS frameworks.
• Knowledge of MySQL databases is essential.
• Independently evaluate project requirements, provide viable timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Directly engage with clients to discuss requirements, present project updates, and handle any concerns or changes.
• Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team productivity.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to enhance performance and user experience. 
• Remain informed about industry developments and best practices to guarantee contemporary, high-quality coding.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong technical proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, REST APIs, and Git version control.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Proven experience in establishing and meeting realistic project deadlines.

• Assurance in managing client calls, understanding requirements, and managing expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
