Responsibilities Lead a team of MERN Stack Developers, offering technical guidance, mentorship, and support in project execution. Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. Conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, best practices, and performance standards. Drive innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging the latest technologies and best practices. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the seamless functioning of applications. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance development processes continually. Requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of professional experience in MERN stack development. Proven track record in leading and mentoring development teams. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. Experience with HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and other web technologies. Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
