As a Lead Developer with 6+ years of experience, your role will involve leading the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of web applications using the MERN stack. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to implement features, as well as mentoring the development team through technical challenges and code reviews, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in DevOps processes, oversee source control using Git, handle sprint planning with tools like Jira, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders for timely delivery.
