Location

Purpose/Objective:

Responsible for process planning of new components, including cycle time estimation, CNC programming, and machine prove-out. Ensure quality standards and customer approval for first parts. Drive continuous process improvement and maintain documentation aligned with quality systems.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and define manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
  2. Create CNC programs and conduct first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines.
  3. Select and validate cutting tools for machining operations.
  4. Design and oversee manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  6. Obtain first part approval from customers.
  7. Maintain process documentation in compliance with quality standards.
  8. Implement process improvements and reduce cycle times.
  9. Prepare and present monthly performance and progress reports.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
  • 10–14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
