Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and interest in solar energy solutions.
  • Product Promotion:

    Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and incentives
  • Customer Qualification:

    Qualify leads based on customer requirements and assess their potential for solar energy.
  • Appointment Setting:

    Schedule appointments for solar energy representatives to visit potential customers and conduct on-site assessments
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Sales Support:

    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Reporting:

    Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Educational Background:

    High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service; experience in the solar energy sector is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and GTI.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.
  • Computer Skills:

    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
  • Personal Traits:

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet.
