Lead Maintenance Engineer

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer (Electronics/Automation) at Sahibabad, your role will involve being responsible for the Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown maintenance of advanced Web offset printing presses and ancillaries. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Preventive Maintenance**: - Releasing PM schedules through SAP for various equipment. - Monitoring adherence to schedules to ensure good condition and availability for production requirements. - **Breakdown/Corrective Maintenance**: - Analyzing and rectifying breakdowns in electronic systems. - Diagnosing and resolving complex breakdowns in control panels and machinery to minimize production downtime. - **Manage Spare Consumption**: - Approving the consumption of spares through SAP notifications. - Monitoring and optimizing spare stock to ensure timely availability and avoid delays. - **Machine Performance and Engineering MIS**: - Maintaining machine performance reports and ISO documents for audits and decision-making. - **Upgradations/Installations**: - Identifying opportunities for enhancements and leading automation upgrades. - Coordinating with external agencies/OEMs for timely execution of upgrades/installations. - **Skill Development**: - Identifying training needs and facilitating them to meet department skill requirements. Qualifications and Experience: - B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical. - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics, circuit analysis, power electronics, and various communication protocols. - Expertise in industrial automation components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and sensors.
