The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for driving the organization's training and development strategy, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with department heads to assess skill gaps, design targeted learning programs, and implement effective training solutions that foster employee growth, enhance performance, and support career progression.
Ensure effective utilization of the platform.
Develop training programs that result in a positive impact, aligning with business expectations.
Maintain high-quality content.
Prepare a comprehensive list of training programs based on function/role, level, and needs.
Create and implement a training calendar accordingly.
Manage the L&D budget and report on ROI for training initiatives.
Design unconventional training platforms.
Develop cross-functional training programs.
Introduce innovative methods for behavioral training.
Develop a comprehensive training feedback mechanism.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
