Lead Java Developer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Backend Engineering Lead 🚀

📍 Location: Kochi / Bangalore (initially Kochi)

💼 Experience: 8+ Years

🕐 Work Mode: Full-time, Office-based

We’re looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineering Lead with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade backend systems. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive technical excellence while mentoring a strong engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead the development of scalable backend systems using Spring Boot & Microservices

✔ Design & implement RESTful APIs with robust security, authentication & versioning

✔ Build & deploy containerized services with Docker & Kubernetes

✔ Partner with DevOps & Cloud teams (AWS/Azure/GCP) for CI/CD, monitoring & reliability

✔ Optimize backend performance, latency & scalability

✔ Mentor and guide backend engineers, ensuring code quality & design standards

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 8+ years in backend development

🔹 Expert in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices

🔹 Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes

🔹 Strong with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

🔹 Familiar with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

🔹 Knowledge of asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus

🔹 Experience with orchestration/workflow tools (TIBCO BW, Camunda) preferred

Nice to Have:

✨ Exposure to API gateways & OpenAPI/Swagger

✨ Experience with caching strategies (Redis, Hazelcast)

✨ Knowledge of observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
