Java Developer / Java Lead

You'll play a key role in building scalable systems and providing architectural direction while working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and translate functional and technical requirements into robust backend solutions
• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using

  Spring Boot

  Microservices architecture

• Drive architectural decisions and collaborate on long-term technology strategies
• Develop search and analytics capabilities using

  Elasticsearch

• Build, containerize, and deploy services using

  Kubernetes

• Participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and mentorship of junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years of professional experience in backend development with

  Java

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both technical and functional aspects
• Hands-on expertise in

  Spring Boot

  Microservices

• Solid working knowledge of

  Kubernetes

  (especially Services and Deployments)
• Experience leading teams or projects is an added advantage
