Job Title : Full Stack Developer Location : Infopark, Kochi Job Type : Full-time Experience : 5 - 7 years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development and be proficient in modern frameworks and technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Develop front-end components using React.js Build and optimize backend APIs using Java, Spring boot Design and manage databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL. Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications for seamless functionality. Implement security and data protection best practices. Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Frontend Technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Proficiency in Backend Technologies : Java, Spring boot Database Management : Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with version control systems (Git). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with cloud services (Azure) is a plus. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. What You’ll Do • Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces that maintain a clear visual structure while delivering robust functionality. • Use and extend MUI (Material UI) components to build scalable and consistent UI layouts. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to bring wireframes and design systems to life. • Ensure UI designs are developer-ready with detailed specs and interaction notes. • Maintain consistency by contributing to and evolving our design system. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of UI/product design experience with a strong portfolio. • Hands-on experience with MUI (Material UI) design system and components. • Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools). • Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, responsiveness, and accessibility. • Ability to work independently and iterate quickly based on feedback. • Prior experience designing for healthcare, insurance, or enterprise platforms is a plus. Bonus Points For • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR systems, or insurance platforms. • Knowledge of NHCX, HL7, or FHIR standards. • Experience working with front-end developers in agile teams.
