Reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer, Honeywell India, you will have regional responsibility to provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters including in the areas of anticorruption, antibribery, kickbacks and ensuring that all operations and transactions are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.You will conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential compliance risks. Supporting the investigations team on potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, this position will develop strategies in support of integrity and compliance training to internal employees and external parties and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance, promoting a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.This position requires familiarity with international corruption laws, including FCPA/UKBA. The position will also require close collaboration with other functional experts in areas such as Internal Audit, Human Resources, and trade controls.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Assess potential legal and compliance risks
- Support the investigations team on matters relating to potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of integrity and compliance programs and recommend improvements including developing / change standardized processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure integrity and compliance in business operations
- Stay UpToDate with changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years’ experience in the areas of anticorruption, antibribery, investigations and anti
money laundering, with an understanding of sanctions, compliance & ethics.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing integrity and compliance programs
- Experience with digital tools and processes
- Excellent problem-solving, strong data analytical skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills to allow for communication on compliance topics to a broad set of stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to integrity and compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
WE VALUE
- Law, CA, MBA strongly preferred with extensive experience in compliance
