Key Responsibilities

• Course Development & Delivery: Design and teach engaging lectures and labs in backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Databases, API Design, MERN Stack).
• Practical Learning: Conduct hands-on labs, debug with students, and guide them in building scalable backend systems.
• Mentorship: Work closely with students on projects and academic work, connecting theory with real-world industry practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with educators, researchers, and industry professionals to enhance curriculum and keep it future-ready.
• Innovation & Research: Contribute to academic innovation and encourage students to pursue cutting-edge projects.
• Student Success: Ensure students build strong fundamentals, industry-ready skills, and confidence to excel in tech careers.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer (Backend – MERN Stack).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, with quick adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong grasp of server-side architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex backend concepts.
• Adaptability to also teach core CS fundamentals when needed.
  

Preferred

• Prior teaching or mentoring experience (academic or corporate).
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools.
• Strong system design and large-scale software development experience.
