Lead Instructor - Backend

In this role, as an SDE+Lead Instructor (Backend) in Pune, you will have the unique chance to blend your software engineering expertise with teaching, mentoring, and curriculum design. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering engaging lectures and labs in backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Databases, API Design, and MERN Stack. - Conducting hands-on labs, debugging with students, and guiding them in building scalable backend systems. - Working closely with students on projects and academic work, connecting theory with real-world industry practices. - Collaborating with educators, researchers, and industry professionals to enhance the curriculum. - Encouraging academic innovation and cutting-edge projects among students. - Ensuring students develop strong fundamentals and industry-ready skills. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer with expertise in Backend technologies, especially MERN Stack. - Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), API design, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. - Strong understanding of server-side architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication, and performance optimization. - Excellent communication skills to simplify complex backend concepts and teach core CS fundamentals when required. Preferred qualifications include prior teaching or mentoring experience, familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools, and experience in system design and large-scale software development.
