Lead Instructional Designer

We are working for developing training content development for one of our customers who are in to Manufacturing and sales of networking hardware, software, telecom equipment, and services. The Client's mission is to provide role-based training to its partners globally (Sales, Field Technicians, Tech Support), enabling proficiency in its technologies and solutions.

Location:

• Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai Preferred,
• Open for Pan India LTIMindtree office locations for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• The Instructional Designer will develop engaging e-learning content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and use authoring tools to create interactive training modules aligned with the Client's standards. They will also assess learning outcomes and continuously improve content based on feedback. Sales Enablement, Sales productivity, Technical Functional Teams  

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and instructional design certification, have

  5-8+

  years of relevant experience, be proficient with instructional design models and e-learning tools, and possess strong writing and LMS knowledge. Video editing skills and familiarity with the Client's products are advantageous.
• Experience in known Elearning Companies would be a plus

Tools

• The Instructional Designer will use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar) to build digital courses. They will leverage the Mindtikle Learning Management System (LMS) to publish and maintain course materials

Portfolio

• Provide links to your work, including samples like e-learning modules, interactive training materials, and video tutorials. Highlight innovative solutions you’ve created to improve learning and assess outcomes.
