Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Insights who will be responsible for the collection, interpretation, and integration of all aspects of data sources to drive strategic business decisions for the Dr. Reddy’s Chronic Vaccines Nephrology , Radica, Vistara+. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data and experienced in analytics and insights based on a deep knowledge of brands, sales, market environment, and the evolving health and personal care industries. The role requires a self-starter, who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work hands-on and deliver data driven insights to support the Marketing business objectives of Chronic Vaccines Nephrology , Radica, Vistara+. Based in Mumbai, this position reports to the Head of Consumer Insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for compiling, managing, analyzing and translating various internal and external data sources to uncover insights, trends, category/shopper behaviors and competitive activity to shape the Chronic Vaccines Nephrology , Radica, Vistara+ marketing strategy and build action plans to help drive growth and sustainable market share initiatives and support overall company objectives.
- You will build, update and refresh weekly/monthly analytics/reports (inclusive of Nielsen,IQVIA,SMSRC,HEALTPLIX – category reviews, competition dynamics and trends).
- You will be responsible for partnering with Marketing and Finance teams to support the business planning process for annual budgeting and monthly LE exercises.
- You will be responsible for driving strategic cross-functional thought leadership with commercial teams by leveraging multiple data sources, synthesizing insights and clearly articulating new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with research agencies & ensure quality research reports
- You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the development of customer and business presentations incorporating multiple data sources that support key objectives.
- You will be responsible for identifying unmet customer/consumer needs and participating in cross-functional projects to deliver against innovation/new product opportunity goals.
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with key internal data/platform stakeholders and external partners.
Qualification
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of proven experience in Pharma from agency & client side
- Experience in marketing and analytics
- Demonstrated track record in managing and leading analytics teams
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong research acumen and analytical skills, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and business intelligence tools
- Strategic and critical thinker with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Results-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Experience with market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis
- Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations, particularly in the Pharma sector
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making
