Lead Insights

As a passionate lead at Analytics Vidhya, you will play a crucial role in heading the Insights team and shaping the future of data-driven decision-making. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various business functions, generating actionable insights that directly support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Your leadership will proactively influence and nurture a company-wide culture that values and relies on data-based decision-making. Your role will involve partnering with teams across the organization, translating their challenges into analytical questions and ultimately into insights that can drive impactful solutions. You will take ownership of building, managing, and optimizing the data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring seamless access to real-time insights for informed decision-making. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in data science and analytics, backed by at least 4+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Python, SQL, BI tools (such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau), and Machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts is considered advantageous. Exceptional analytical skills, combined with strategic thinking and practical execution, are essential for success in this role. Moreover, strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for influencing and driving change through data.
