Job Description

Eligibility

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience of setting up BI system for a consumer facing brand a strong plus point.
Proficient in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle metrics.
Must be a strategic thinker with a hands on experience.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead the transformation to data-driven culture in the organization.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the data warehouse and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability.
Translate complex data into easy-to-understand narratives for stakeholders.
Design and deliver key dashboards, reports, and predictive models for business performance, customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and more.
Use advanced analytics to drive business outcomes like increased bookings, customer retention, and optimized pricing.
