Connect to diverse data sources including Azure Synapse, SQL DB, and ADLS Gen2.Manage Power BI workspaces, access controls, refresh schedules, and performance tuning. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Document data models, logic, and processes for transparency and maintainability. Azure Data Engineering (30%)Architect and manage Azure Synapse Analytics for enterprise data warehousing. Design and orchestrate ADF pipelines, Data Flows, and SQL-based transformations. Provision infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring modular and reusable code. Implement governance using Azure Purview, RBAC/ABAC, and Key Vault. Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor BI and data engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. Promote best practices, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. Align data initiatives with business strategy and drive stakeholder engagement. Handle incident management and ensure SLA compliance.
