Genesys Cloud IVR developer - 10+ years in IVR technologies, expertise in Google/Lex/Genesys native bots Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain complex IVR applications using Genesys Cloud platform. Build, configure, and optimize native Genesys bots to enhance customer self-service automation. Integrate and manage conversational AI bots using Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex within Genesys IVR workflows. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve IVR-related issues, ensuring high system availability and performance. Develop and maintain documentation related to IVR design, architecture, and workflows. Implement best practices in voice application development, security, and compliance. Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing IVR usage data and customer feedback. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IVR developers and team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Genesys Cloud, IVR, and conversational AI technologies. Key Skills: 10+ years of experience in IVR design and development. Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud platform and its IVR/bot capabilities. Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and Amazon Lex integration within IVR environments. Deep knowledge of IVR scripting languages (e.g., VXML), APIs, and CTI integration. Familiarity with telephony protocols such as SIP, RTP, and TDM. Experience with cloud environments and integrations (Genesys Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud). Solid understanding of conversational AI and natural language processing (NLP). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Relevant certifications in Genesys Cloud, Google Dialogflow, or AWS Lex are desirable.
