Role Description Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer Experience Range: 6 to 9 years Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi & Trivandrum Job Overview UST is looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design and develop world-class Salesforce applications to meet evolving CRM requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for web development using Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura , ensuring the stability, functionality, and security of the platform. They should have strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, with experience in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud . Must-Have Skills Salesforce Development Expertise: Strong experience in APEX, SOQL, LWC, Aura Web Components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Salesforce Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud Salesforce Configuration & Flows: At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, declarative development, and Salesforce Flows Version Control & Deployment: Proficiency in GIT and Salesforce Deployments Code Review & Best Practices: Ability to review code, ensure high-quality development, and follow best practices Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Scrum methodology Client Interaction & Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients Good-to-Have Skills Salesforce Dev I Certification Background in Retail Business Project Management & Problem-Solving Skills International Work Exposure Key Responsibilities Meet with project managers to understand business requirements Develop customized solutions within Salesforce, ensuring scalability and performance Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications Create project timelines and development goals Test, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs in Salesforce applications Maintain application security and integrity Provide documentation and technical training to Salesforce staff Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met Other Requirements Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering Skills Salesforce,Salesforce Lightning,Salesforce Apex Show more Show less
